John's is just the boss. The ground troops are an array of friendly, happy young women who know their way around the serve-over at John's Bakery. No matter who you get, they are there to welcome you, aren't afraid of a little chat and banter — and not a snoot or a toot for blocks. Maybe customer service does matter, even more so in the era of digital everything? Nah… surely not?
Of course the sandwiches are packed from front to back with condiments. We take it for granted that the pies are baked on site. We enjoy the recipes passed down from Dutch heritage.
